Rose Nobbley is a global oral health advocate, a public speaker, a volunteer, and a community coordinator. As a registered dental hygienist based in the pacific, she is passionate about globally advocating policies to strengthen registered dental hygienist’s influence for disease prevention. With almost a decade of experience in oral health hygiene, she organizes projects and public speaking events that brings scientific-based, oral-systemic health education and instruction to the underprivileged and underserved children.
