ARCH. Kaydee Marie Velasco

Kaydee Marie Velasco is the CEO, principal architect, and founder of KMV Asia Development Corporation. In 2013, she became an Associate Architect at the prestigious Palafox Associates Philippines. In the same year, Arch. Velasco became the director at the United Architects of the Philippines - Makati Chapter for five years.

Arch. Velasco is one of the first architects to be licensed as a BERDE professional in the country. She acquired this after she finished "Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence BERDE), Green Architecture and Sustainability" at the Philippine Green Building Council in 2011.

Through her tremendous experience and contribution to the green architecture and development in the Philippines, she was featured in several national broadsheets and online publications such as SmartParenting.com, The Manila Times, and the Business World. As an industry leader who promotes and cultivates the Philippines, Arch. Velasco was chosen as a finalist in The Manila Times' Asia Leaders Awards in 2018.
