DR. John Cutter

Dr. John M. Cutter is an accomplished dental professional and businessman with over 43 years in private practice, education, and research. Originally from Ohio, he received his degrees from The Ohio State University and is a recipient of Sphinx - the highest award given to a student by that University. While based in the U.S., Dr. Cutter was the corporate President of two practices of general dentistry; a resource to both members of the Ohio state General Assembly, as well as U.S. Senate; and, served as Butler County Chairman for the American Fund for Dental Health. Formerly a Spokesdentist for the Academy of General Dentistry, John is an acknowledged international speaker, author, featured presenter at the Federation Dentaire Internationale in Madrid and Buenos Aires. Now a Manila resident, he is a Professor at the National University College of Dentistry, where he created and teaches courses in pathology; radiology; advanced techniques; and, practice management. Dr. Cutter's research stems from having been a principal dentist with the N.H.A.NE.S. project of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and has expanded into a created 9-nation global initiative for oral health that has identified needed care for over 100,000 individuals since 2017.
