Hilarion F. Dimagiba Jr. is the President and Chief Operating Officer of the H&D Group of Companies Inc. He is an adamant volunteer and a bemedaled Auxiliary Officer of the Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary, with the rank of Rear Admiral. For the last 20 years, Larry has also been serving for the Philippine Red Cross. He is the Director and Vice President of the Philippine Association for Building Administrators, Inc., and the Condominium Management of the Philippines. Larry is the Asia Pacific Resource Person of the Building Owners and Managers Institute based in Washington, DC. He earned a post baccalaureate diploma in Property Management at the University of Makati and De La Salle Business School.
