Mr. Francisco Dennis Manzano is the President and CEO of Techtitan Technology Inc., a systems integration technology company and the President of Polaristitans Philippines Inc., an authorized distributor of mobile handsets & accessories for the Philippine territory. He is also the President of Blue Four C Holdings Corporation and the Convenor and President of the Manila Angel Investors Network Incorporated (MAIN).

He held senior positions in other technology companies in the past, namely: Haribon Technology Inc., BVI; Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications International AB, Sweden; and Nokia Mobile Phones, Finland. He also worked in the fast moving consumer goods industry, with Universal Robina Corporation, San Miguel Corporation and Magnolia-Nestle Corporation.

Mr. Manzano completed the Executive Education Program of the London Business School, University of London in 2005. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree, Major in Business Administration from the University of Santo Tomas. He finished his primary and secondary education at the Ateneo De Manila University, Philippines.
