She is currently Country Legal Counsel – RCG Information Technology Philippines, Inc. in which role she also provides support to the corporate headquarters in New Jersey and their subsidiary in India. She was also legal counsel of Ingram Micro, the world’s largest wholesale technology products distributor which has consistently ranked in the list of Fortune 100 companies. Her fields of expertise include corporate law, commercial litigation, data privacy, compliance, labor law and international business immigration and international trade/business. Board Member and Chair, International Relations of a women’s organization with consultative status at the United Nations, the International Federation of Women Lawyers/ Internationale Des Femmes Juristes,/ Federacion Internacional de Abogadas Philippine Branch. She was a presenter during the most recent global forum held from February 15-17, 2021, “From Barriers to Bridges” and shared her expertise during the opening day on the matter of “the economic rights of women in Asia: a comparative analysis”. Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Women’s Institute of Sustainable Development, Opportunities and Mentoring (WISDOM), Inc. whose mission is aligned with the United Nations sustainable development goals with focus on the economic empowerment and well-being of women and youth. Currently, their beneficiaries include indigenous women and women and youth deprived of liberty. Co-Chair, Professional Women of the American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines, Inc.  (PWOA).  One of the notable events hosted by PWOA was the forum where the women candidates for Presidency and Vice-Presidency shared their programs for women.  She organized a talk on the ASEAN Integration with speakers from dignitaries in the ASEAN region and dialogue partner countries, as well as various fora involving international organizations such as the World Bank, Asian Development Bank and United Nations.  She also contributed an article in the AmCham Business Journal re sexual harassment.  She was one of the panelists in the forum US Embassy Talks: “Women Entrepreneurship During a Pandemic: Challenges and Opportunities”. She served as a member of the Executive Council of the Overseas Security Advisory Council which was created by the US Department of State.

She is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) and co-authored an article, “Test Case Litigation: Implementing the Citizen Suit Provision of the Clean Air Act- the IBP Experience” published in the IBP Journal.She was trained as a mediator in a program sponsored by the Philippine Judicial Academy, Supreme Court of the Philippines. She is a broadcaster and hosted a radio program entitled “Ayon sa Batas”, translated in English as “According to the Law”. She has been serving as consultant to various embassies in her capacities as corporate counsel and women and youth empowerment advocate.

Outside of work, she is a diver with certifications in advance open water and deep diving. She is currently studying fashion design as part her advocacy of making local weaves part of mainstream fashion, reviving the dying art of weaving industry while preserving Philippine cultural heritage and empowering women weavers and other artisans needing financial support. She also recently co-founded, together with Tyrena Holley, a non-profit called Women’s Initiative for Sustainable Development, Opportunities and Mentoring, Inc. based in Arizona.  Currently, while the incorporation and registration process are still ongoing, they are supporting the education of women and girls in an orphanage in Ghana, Africa.  They are also supporting African Americans and native American Indians in the fashion industry.
